It all started
in 1997, Fred Hanna and Joe Chidiac were best friends and were caught in the
programming challenge. They designed programs, using Java Script and HTML, Pearl and PHP. They also conceived Web sites for
other people and started to be appreciated for their talent. One day, out of no where, Fred had the idea of starting
a business Web site to promote their new service : creating sites “made-to-measure” and making themselves known
under the company name Online Web Concept Organization.
That idea was officially approved in 2001 by Fred’s
best friend, Joe and by an register company and finally signed the registry and the copyright. Since then, together, they
built three web sites containing a domain (www.your-site-name.com) and three web sites without a domain (www.owco.com/your-site-name)
or (www.any-domain.com/your-site-name)
